Fr. Anthony was instrumental in getting "Greek Orthodox" recognized as a legitimate religious choice on military dog tags following WWII.

Fr. Anthony moderated an ecumenical local television program in West Palm Beach, Florida called the Association of Religious Organizations (ARO) Hour.

Fr. Anthony is a past-president of the Exchange Club, Farmington, Michigan.
